El Buen Samaritano — Health Campaign

Health Campaign Goals:

  • Inspire families to lead a healthier lifestyle through a three-month long campaign incorporating online media, traditional media, grassroots and event marketing strategies
  • Increase awareness of health and healthy living programs and services by 100 percent from 2013- 2014, measuring awareness through the number of attendees at our annual health fair, Viva La Salud


  • Awareness level increased by 18.63% in all media platforms from 2013 to 2014
  • 400 attendees at El Buen’s annual health fair, Viva La Salud
  • Media relations campaign resulted in $29,215 of in-kind publicity


  • Designed graphics that incorporated both physical and mental health components to portray El Buen Samaritano’s approach to holistic health
  • Designed graphics addressing the services El Buen provides and which promoted health and well being to drive audiences to get the health attention they need
  • Designed graphics incorporating the following components:
    • Photos of clients promoting physical activity and well-being
    • Inspirational quotes to inspire audiences to incorporate physical activity in every day life
    • “Did You Knows?” about health statistics and facts
