Wrapping Up The Summer with Agua Frescas, Margaritas & Some Coolers

Summer’s coming to an end, but everyone who lives in Texas knows we have at least a month in a half until this heat starts looking like sweater weather. There’s still enough time to whip up some quick summer drinks. Here are my top drinks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic, I found on Pinterest to top off the rest of this summer’s week!

Non-Alcoholic

Summer Pineapple Strawberry Cooler: A great non-alcoholic beverage to sip on by the pool. It’s simply made with pineapple juice, limeade and club soda and can be paired with just about any summer fruit (especially strawberries).

Honeydew Agua Fresca: Simple and easy! Your choice of honeydew or cantaloupe mixed with lime juice, a snip of sugar and some raspberries to top it off, will make your perfect summer blend.

Minted Lemon-Lime Watermelon Agua Fresca: A refreshment the whole family can enjoy! Nicely chopped mint, watermelon, sugar and some lemon will be great for after a swim or the start of a sunny day.

A Tad of Alcohol

Kiwi Kiss: Who’s ready for a tart Korean treat? This crisp cocktail is a fine mix of peeled kiwis, sparkling sake and soju!

Watermelon & Cucumber Cooler: Watermelon, Cucumber, Lime juice and a tad of honey mixed with some vodka: What else could we possibly ask for?

Pink Grapefruit Margaritas: The perfect weekend cocktail is a mix of grapefruit juice, orange liqueur and tequila! May I mention it’s pretty in pink, as well?

What are your favorite summer blends?
